Reps glossary
The hobby runs on abbreviations, and most guides assume you already know them. Here they are, one line each.

Terms, A to Z of usefulness
- Agent
- A company with a warehouse in China that buys items for you, photographs them and forwards them abroad. Also called a shopping agent or middleman.
- Batch
- One factory’s version of an item. The same shoe exists in several batches that differ in materials and accuracy — and in price.
- Tier
- A rough quality ranking of batches. Terminology is inconsistent between communities; treat it as a hint, not a standard.
- W2C
- “Where to cop”. A request for a link to an item, usually posted with a photo.
- QC
- “Quality check”. The photos your agent takes in the warehouse, and your only inspection before shipping.
- GP
- “Good pair”. Confirmation that a QC looks correct and is worth shipping. The opposite is an RL, a “return/replace”.
- Haul
- Several items bought together and shipped as one parcel — the standard way to keep shipping per item sane.
- Spreadsheet
- A shared list of vetted marketplace listings. This site is one, in searchable form.
- Yupoo
- An image-hosting site sellers use as a shop window. A Yupoo album shows the goods; the actual order still goes through a marketplace listing or the seller directly.
- PSP
- “Preferred seller programme”, or more loosely a seller a community trusts. Not a formal certification.
- Volumetric weight
- Size-based billing weight: length × width × height ÷ a carrier divisor. If it exceeds the real weight, you pay on it.
- Line
- A specific shipping route and carrier combination offered by an agent. Lines differ in price, speed and what they will carry.
- Declared value
- The value written on the customs form. It determines the import VAT and duty you are charged.
- Consolidation
- Combining warehouse items into one parcel before shipping. The single biggest lever on cost per item.
- 1:1
- A claim that an item matches the original closely. It is marketing language from the seller, not a measured grade.
- Raw link
- The original marketplace URL, without an agent wrapper or anyone’s referral code attached.
A note on “raw link”
Worth knowing because it affects you directly: when someone shares an agent link rather than a raw link, that link carries their referral code. It costs you nothing extra, but it does mean you cannot open the item at a different agent without unwrapping it first. Every entry in this catalogue stores the raw marketplace link, which is why the same item opens at all ten agents.
If someone hands you a wrapped link, the converter pulls the raw one back out.
